Portal access is automatically provisioned for all Techvera managed services clients. If you need access or additional user accounts, contact your account manager or submit a request through our contact page.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the portal login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes, you can mark tickets as "Critical" or "Emergency" in the portal. However, for the fastest response on true emergencies, we recommend calling our support line directly at (918) 409-4114.
Administrators can add users directly through the User Management section of the portal. If you need administrator access, contact your Techvera account manager.
